Wow. Tomorrow is the first day of school. Things I've discovered in the past ten days.

1. The staff at my school is so nice and awesome!

2 Be nice to the janitor and he'll be nice to you--please and thank you still count for something!

3. Bulletin boards are apparently something I have some skill at--everyone keeps complimenting mine!

4.I'm also good at decorating rooms--again everyone keeps complimenting, maybe I'll post pictures of it on facebook.

5. Prioritized bench marks make planning easier.

6. Warehouse sized teacher stores rock!

7. Smartboards are really cool!

8.Apparently I'm good at putting together mail boxes.

9. If a line isn't straight that's okay!

10. Kindergarten sized music rooms are how the world should be!

11.Closet space is wonderful!

12. Teachers, like college students, know all the cheap places to eat.

13. I'm fairly certain I'm surrounded by a decent number of Christians at work--yay for cars with Jesus fish!

14. My biggest class size is 26. My smallest is 15. Most are 16 (yes that's right! My district has small class sizes!)

15. Meeting teachers at my school is like meeting friends I never knew I had before!

You know that story I've been trying to finish writing? Well I finished it! 129,462 words long. Yikes! But I finished it. Sent it to Jared and Russ for editing. Anyone else willing? A woman's point of view would be nice!

So I now am the owner of a 2006 Saturn Ion 3! It's better than my last car. This was thanks to insurance money, my parents chipping in a little, and the bank of Grandma. I will be paying my grandmother back but at least the bank of Grandma doesn't take your car if you have a difficult month and need to pay.

It still has over a year left of warantee which turned out to be a good thing since the CD player has issues. But everything else works fine! And it only was 22,000 miles on it!
